Cancellation Policy
Payment is due upon receipt of your Federal Taxes. No exceptions. No split payments. By booking you agree to this policy. In the event of you are not receiving your federal taxes and/or you owe the IRS or any other agency, payment is due within 14 days of IRS acceptance of your return. For any reason you do not adhere to this policy you will be barred from scheduling future appointments and possible a civil suit will be filed against you in the amount of $900 plus court filing fees.
